The registered brand name “Fay Spirits” is owned and operated by AL IDILIO STUDIO LTD as the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”). The Data Controller shall store and process the personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data”) you provide for the purposes specified in our Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”).

1. We constantly review and enhance our technical security measures in order to guarantee a trustworthy environment and ensure the protection of any Personal Data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or deletion. We take all necessary steps to prevent the destruction, unlawful use, or unlawful alteration of such data. We also commit to making any necessary developments and modifications in response to changes in the legal framework.
2. The protection of your information and our site from accidental or malicious loss and destruction is one of our top priorities. We periodically test our IT systems, and implement data loss prevention measures to guard against leakage, theft, and data breaches.
3. Third parties involved in the processing of Personal Data are contractually bound to adhere to our data security guidelines. We ensure that data processing by our Data Processor Partner(s) (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Processor”), acting on our behalf, is governed by a written contract or an equivalent agreement. The Data Processor is committed to providing reliable guarantees regarding the technical security measures and organizational procedures that regulate data processing.

To safeguard your Personal Data from unauthorized access, collection, alteration, use, damage, loss, disclosure, copying, or similar risks (collectively referred to as “Personal Data Breach”), we have implemented appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures. These measures include up-to-date antivirus protection, encryption and the use of privacy filters, to secure all storage and transmission of Personal Data from unauthorized Third Parties.
5. Only a limited number of persons have access to your Personal Data. We use Payment Service Provider Companies, who are responsible for processing your credit/debit card charges for products, retrieval requests and chargebacks, in accordance with relevant legislation and procedures. This sensitive information, such as payment details, is protected by encryption protocols, and financial information is used solely for payment processing purposes only.
6. Residual copies of some of your personal information will be kept on our backup systems for 30 days. Additionally, some anonymized copies of your information (e.g., log records) may also remain in our database.
7. Should we suspend or close your account due to fraud or illegal activities, we may retain certain information about you to prevent you from opening a new account in the future. This information will also be kept available in case of ongoing judicial proceedings and/or investigations.
8. We reserve the right to:
   • monitor the Website for violations of the General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and our other specific Terms;
   • take appropriate legal actions against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the relevant legislation and/or our Terms and/or the Privacy Policy, including, without limitation, reporting such Users to law enforcement authorities;

9. Access to your Account is strictly limited to you, and is facilitated via your Username or E-mail Address, along with your personal Password. If you choose a username that can lead to your identification, please note that you are fully responsible for such action, and we cannot be held responsible or liable for any 3rd parties and/or Users of our website identifying you. You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. For security reasons, we recommend that you change your password regularly and avoid using the same as your current password and easily traceable codes (e.g. date of birth).
10. Our entire Website is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, issued by Let’s Encrypt, which encrypts data before it is sent. Encryption essentially scrambles information until it reaches the server, which can decrypt it using its private key. Each time you send data to our platform, your browser initiates a first layer of security by encrypting it using a distinct session key. The business system first decrypts the information it receives using its private key and then processes it. The same encryption protocols are followed for all outgoing data from our system.
11. You have the right to inquire about any personal information that we may hold about you, as well as to request amendments to the maintained data if errors are identified by you.
